This is basically a mini mini mini "project" I worked on when i was at the art department. I thought why not make this while i'm at it. it probably took about an hour to make and turned out better than expected.
creat a sticker (make it cute)
I was walking around the art department and found some wacom tablets where a bunch of students were creating funny or unappealing doodles and turning that into funny stickers. I saw this as a chance to experiment my creativity skills and was geniunely excited to see how they print the stickers out.
I took my time and by that I mean a good 45 minutes to create a very detailed digital drawing on the Wacom tablet. I was unfamiliar with the tool they used but picked up quickly and experimented with different colors and shades. I drew a cat underwater with a huge (glass) diving helmet so it can see the fishes swimming by.
There was a long line when it came to printing and patience was key while talking to the staff. It eventually printed and i had a sheet of 8 stickers of this adorable artwork.
I didn't wait even one second to share these with my friends and they put the stickers on their laptops right away! Behold the overly happy sight:
If i could do it all over again I really would. Art department in its own was such a great experience but being part of it and actually making your own product to go home with is such a memorable token. I will cherish this and so will my friends.
